As of April 2024, our school lunches are provided by Coombs Catering.  SJSG and Coombs Catering work in partnership and are committed to sourcing quality, fresh ingredients that are cooked from scratch to produce daily meals.  Wherever possible, seasonal produce is used and our bespoke menu allows parents and carers to select their meals from a wide variety of recipes via our My Child At School (MCAS) app. 

School dinners include a main meal, a pudding and a drink. Fresh salads, breads and fresh fruit is available on a daily basis. 

All children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are provided with a school lunch FREE OF CHARGE. Parents and carers should book and make payment for meals in advance via their My Child At School (MCAS) app.

Children in Acorns Pre-School, Year 3, Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6 can order a school lunch at a cost of £2.35 per lunch. Parents and carers should book and make payment for meals in advance via their My Child At School (MCAS) app.

FREE SCHOOL MEALS 

If your child is eligible for Free School Meals you will not need to make payment for school lunches. The My Child At School (MCAS) app will recognise this and not charge those families who are eligible.
